Role Overview

The Roofing Contracts Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of refurbishment roofing projects — from initial planning and client liaison through to site management and final handover. You'll lead roofing teams and subcontractors, manage health & safety compliance, control budgets and timelines, and act as a key point of contact throughout each project.

Qualifications

• CSCS card (required)
• SMSTS/SSSTS (preferred)
• First Aid (advantageous)

Experience

• At least 2 years' experience managing roofing refurbishment contracts.
• Proven ability to run multiple projects to tight deadlines.
