Job summary

A leading medical technology company is looking for a Product Support Specialist to provide exceptional support for their products used in Joint Replacement procedures. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a theatre or medical environment and strong communication skills. This role involves training clinical staff, auditing inventory, and working closely with sales teams to ensure outstanding service delivery. Candidates should have a solid understanding of medical procedures and be willing to travel extensively to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ theatre or medical experience required.
• Commercial understanding of cost pressures in surgical procedures is important.
• Workshop/product demonstration skills including anatomy knowledge are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support existing and new customers within clinical environments.
• Train theatre staff on Stryker products and procedures.
• Audit Stryker stock and manage inventory throughout theatres.
• Communicate product features and clinical applications effectively.
