As our presence grows across London and Europe, we’re looking for talented Risk & Compliance Consultants to join our expanding UK team and deliver impactful outcomes for clients across the banking, capital markets, and insurance sectors.

Responsibilities

• Play a hands-on role in delivering regulatory change and risk-related projects, from impact assessment through to implementation.
• Translate technical and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance for clients and stakeholders.
• Work on topics such as prudential and conduct regulation, operational resilience, ESG, or regulatory reporting.
• Build strong client relationships, contribute to thought leadership, and shape practical solutions that promote compliance and business value.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team that values shared success, open communication, and continuous learning.

Your Experience Might Include

• Navigating the UK and/or EU regulatory landscape, with exposure to areas like:
  • Prudential regulation (e.g. ICAAP/ICARA, Basel frameworks)
  • Conduct frameworks (e.g. MAR, MIFIDPRU)
  • Regulatory reporting (e.g. CoRep, FinRep, Solvency II)
  • Operational resilience and ESG regulation
• Translating technical concepts (e.g. VaR, RWA, FRTB) into clear, accessible messages for different audiences.

You May Also Bring

• Experience supporting regulatory change or risk projects, including business analysis, delivery, or full lifecycle transformation.
• Exposure to third-party risk management (TPRM) frameworks or related operating models.
• Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels, and a curious, detail-oriented mindset.
• A degree (or equivalent experience), with relevant certifications such as ICA, PRMIA, Agile, or Prince2 as a plus.
