Reporting to: Head of Wholesale Client Service, UK CORE

You will lead the process of structuring AXA IM’s responses to Due Diligence questionnaires and RFPs for the UK Wholesale market.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing Due Diligence questionnaires and RFPs for the UK retail market.
  • Coordinating resources and compiling information across the company to answer RFPs, defining timelines, contributors, and sources.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders within AXA IM to gather inputs and develop investment solutions for accurate and competitive proposals.
  • Structuring RFP responses with a marketing approach to highlight AXA IM’s advantages.
  • Following up on feedback and action plans to improve our processes and offerings.
  • Maintaining content standards in the RFP tool.
  • Supporting the sales team in responding to client queries efficiently and working to enhance digitalization efforts.

Your profile
