Salary range : 85000 - 100000 options

The Duel team comprises psychologists brand experts and community builders combining cutting‑edge brand expertise with seasoned SaaS experience.
We’re on the hunt for a commercially savvy, data‑obsessed Revenue Operations Leader to bring clarity, performance and alignment across Duel’s Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams. As our RevOps Lead you’ll be the architect of our GTM operating engine, building end‑to‑end reporting infrastructure, stitching systems together and turning streams of data into insights that fuel faster smarter decisions.
You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with our incoming CFO and collaborate closely with Finance and Operations to make sure every number adds up to growth.

The office philosophy is hybrid where you’re encouraged to be in the office a few days a week, namely when your team will be there.
However the name of the game with everything we do is freedom and flexibility. So you do as long as it’s not at the expense of others.
