Europcar is looking for a Customer Service Returns Assistant at our Gatwick Airport location, working as part of our vehicle returns team.

As part of our vehicle returns team, you will work in a fast‑paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do. You will provide a world‑class customer‑facing service at every stage of the rental process, working in our car parks to assist customers at the beginning and end of their Europcar experience.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with all staff to ensure customers receive and return their vehicles in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the continued excellence in customer service and damage standards, and achieve all KPIs in these areas.
  • Ensure all administration is completed accurately according to operating procedures.
  • Process all workshop vehicles according to operating procedures.
Qualifications
  • A full valid clean driving licence with a minimum of 4 years driving experience.
  • Excellent communication and face‑to‑face interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including availability during the day, evenings and weekends.
  • Car rental/sales experience is desirable but not essential (training will be provided).
