Base Salary to £55,000 + Bonuses OTE £70,000
Guildford, Surrey
Our client are a leading luxury travel company who are growing rapidly. They are now recruiting for an experienced Retail Travel and Customer Centre Manager to lead their store and small contact centre team based in Guildford.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage the day-to-day operations of the retail travel store, drive sales performance, coach and develop your team, and ensure a high standard of customer service as well as leading the UK contact centre.
Candidates must have previous travel management experience to be considered with a proven track record in business performance management.
Base Salary from £45,000 - £55,000 based on experience
