Overview of the role

Forget standard retail operations – this is a brand‑builder role. You will help define the in‑store experience and lead a multi‑functional team to redefine luxury wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead & Inspire: Manage, coach, and develop up to 3 Floor Managers and a wider team of 20 Advisors, creating a motivated, high‑performing culture.
  • Drive Performance: Deliver and exceed sales, profit, and conversion targets while maintaining the highest operational standards.
  • Champion the Brand: Ensure a consistently luxurious, customer‑centric experience that reflects our “World‑Class Wellbeing Emporium” status.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee store compliance, health & safety, and day‑to‑day operations including scheduling, opening, and closing duties.
  • Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with Buying, Marketing, HR, and key brand partners to execute strategic initiatives and elevate product knowledge.
  • Develop Talent: Own the succession plan, ensuring growth, engagement and retention across the retail team.
