Job description

Experienced Retail Merchandiser – Scarborough

2–3 hours per week, start immediately, flexible long‑term work. £14.12 p/h PAYE including holiday pay. Use of a car essential for taking point‑of‑sale (POS) to the store.

Location: Scarborough, YO11 – you will cover stores within 10 miles of here.

Responsibilities

• Visit major high‑street stores – merchandising, audits, POS display.
• Negotiate additional displays to drive sales.
• Own transport – carry promotional displays/materials, occasionally to home.
• Build rapport with colleagues and customers while in the store.
• Use phone or tablet app for reporting – take quality photos and give insightful feedback.
• Move stock when merchandising – some lifting involved at times.
