We’re looking for a Retail Media Account Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping best-in-class retail media strategies for some of UK’s most iconic drinks and FMCG brands 🍺✨
Reporting directly to the Retail Media Lead, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and optimising campaign activations across leading retailers and platforms. You’ll bring a passion for performance, an analytical mindset, and a deep understanding of the retail media landscape - from onsite and offsite activations to in-store experiences.
Deliver and optimise multi-platform retail media campaigns (including Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media, and Criteo), ensuring best-in-class execution and performance.
Build strong client relationships through effective communication, regular calls, and exceptional day-to-day service delivery.
Drive growth and innovation by developing account strategies, quality assurance processes, and data-led recommendations that enhance campaign impact and revenue performance.
Collaborate across channel teams to deliver integrated digital marketing solutions, while managing financial reconciliations, reporting, and actionable insights for clients.
Stay ahead of industry trends by engaging with key retail and technology partners (e.g., Amazon, Criteo, Tesco, Sainsbury’s) and participating in ongoing learning and development initiatives.
Proven retail media expertise, with hands-on experience managing large-scale campaigns across platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media, and Criteo, ideally within an agency environment.
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of Amazon Search and DSP, as well as broader digital media, attribution, conversion optimisation, retail readiness, and consumer behaviour.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities, with experience engaging internal teams and senior client partners.
Leadership and team development experience, with a track record of setting clear goals, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation.
Advanced technical and analytical proficiency, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, with additional value placed on Amazon Advertising and retailer platform certifications (e.g., Amazon DSP, Epsilon, Tesco, Criteo).
