Overview

Arcus is recruiting a part‑time In Store Cleaner based at Sainsbury's White Rose store on a permanent basis. 13.5 hours per week at £12.21 per hour. Immediate start available.

Schedule

Sainsbury's stores are open 7 days a week. The current shift pattern for this role is:

• Sunday: 07:00 to 10:30
• Monday: 05:00 to 08:30
• Tuesday: 05:00 to 08:30
• Wednesday: Day off
• Thursday: Day off
• Friday: Day off
• Saturday: 05:00 to 08:00

You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning machinery as required
• Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean
• In-store cleaning of toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, or oven canopies when required
• Outside duties such as keeping trolley bays clean and free of leaves and debris
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied

What you will need

Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on the job training will be supplied.

An eye for detail and cleanliness, and a positive attitude to cleaning and customer service.
