An educational organization in Greater London is seeking a Resource Teacher to support elementary students with autism and complex learning needs. The role involves working closely with parents and staff, developing tailored learning environments, and delivering effective instruction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a Bachelor’s Degree, and experience with students with disabilities. Applicants will work with elementary students with autism and complex learning needs. This is a specialized program that has a high teacher/parent to student ratio.
Duties include demonstrating ability to work with a variety of districts, departments, teachers, parents, and children, and to plan, direct, implement, and evaluate successful learning environments.
Job requirements: High school diploma, teaching certificate (or local substitute certification), effective communication skills, proficient computer skills, and ability to work with a team in a fast‑paced work environment.
