Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake residential surveys and valuations for purposes including secured lending, acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio reviews
  • Produce clear, well‑evidenced reports that reflect local market conditions and client needs
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across the lending, investor, and developer sectors
  • Collaborate with internal teams across valuation, building consultancy, and project management
  • Assist in mentoring and supporting junior surveyors and APC candidates
  • Stay informed on market trends, legislative updates, and professional best practices
  • Contribute to ongoing business development and client retention
Requirements
  • MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
  • Demonstrable experience in residential valuation and reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry valuation tools
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally or regionally
  • Ability to manage workload independently while contributing to team success
