A property management company in Bognor Regis is seeking a skilled property manager to oversee financial and operational aspects of property portfolios. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with leases, delivering high-quality client services, and managing relationships with stakeholders. You will be based in SHW's Crawley/Gatwick office, as part of our expanding South Coast Block Management Department, reporting directly to clients and to the Head of the South Coast Block Management department who oversees block management services from our Brighton, Crawley/Gatwick and East Sussex offices.
