Residential Development Solicitor | 1+ PQE | Brighton

You are walking into a newly formed Commercial Development offering within a long-established, Legal 500 ranked Brighton firm. The foundations are already there. You will work on residential-led development matters with exposure to promotion agreements, option agreements and section 106 agreements, alongside wider development and property work. You will be trusted early, supported properly, and encouraged to grow with the team rather than slot into a rigid box.

About You
