Residential Conveyancer - Wells

A well-established and highly regarded Somerset practice is seeking an experienced residential property solicitor to join its expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer to join a friendly and successful team. With multiple offices throughout the region, this role will be based in their Wells office.

The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion. The existing caseload will include a mix of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity.
