Job Title: Conveyancing Executive

The Opportunity
I’m currently working with a well-established, multi-office law firm in Greater Manchester that’s looking to grow its Residential Conveyancing team with the addition of an experienced Conveyancing Executive.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid conveyancing experience who’s looking to join a firm with a strong local presence, real stability, and a genuinely supportive working environment.

You’ll be stepping into a busy, well-run department with longstanding client relationships and a consistent flow of quality work-no panel chasing here, just good, honest files and a team that knows how to get the job done right.

The Role

• Running your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Handling a mix of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds.
• Maintaining regular client contact and providing clear, practical legal advice throughout the transaction.
• Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other third parties.
• Working closely with colleagues across the wider property team to ensure a smooth client journey.
• Using a modern case management system to keep things moving efficiently.

About You

• You’ll have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar conveyancing role (whether as a Conveyancing Executive, Fee Earner, or Licenced Conveyancer).
• Confident in managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• A strong communicator who understands the importance of client care.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
