The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years\' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing. The successful candidate will join a busy and collaborative Residential Property team, handling a varied caseload and contributing to the team\'s ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and freehold/leasehold transactions
  • Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents and third parties to ensure smooth transaction progression
  • Maintain high standards of client care and communication throughout the process
  • Use legal technology confidently – experience with SOS case management is desirable
  • Assist colleagues when needed and contribute to the team\'s collaborative environment
  • Support business development and marketing efforts to grow the client base
Candidate Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX) or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Minimum 2 years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing
  • Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid IT skills with case management system experience preferred
  • A proactive, professional and team-oriented approach
