Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a residential home.
• Desirable assessing qualification (CAVA/D23/A1).
• Desirable teaching qualification (PTLLS, AET, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Support learners to achieve their apprenticeship with teaching sessions.
• Provide feedback on evidence produced by learners throughout their apprenticeship.
• Help learners achieve functional skills level 2 in English and Maths.
