Overview

JOIN OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM. Care South is looking for an exceptional and experienced candidate to join us as our Registered Care Home Manager based within the BCP area. We are a not-for-profit registered charity dedicated to helping people remain independent within the home and community they love.

Salary: Competitive salary circa £60,000 plus substantial bonus potential.

Responsibilities
  • Reporting to an Area Operations Manager, the Home Manager will have overall responsibility for the management of the home, the standard of care practice, leadership and financial management, and recruitment.
  • Ensure the home is operating in accordance with requirements issued by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
  • Commit to continuous improvement, including provision of care in accordance with approved guidelines and continual professional development of all staff in the home.
  • Champion and support a safe and caring environment where residents can live as if in the comfort of their own home, at Home Management level at all times.
  • Must have a proven track record of managing a fully compliant home with a minimum Good CQC rating.
  • Be a dynamic, focused and proactive leader with a passion for ensuring residents receive the best possible person-centred care.
