Qualifications

• Experience in a residential background or new build house-builder.
• Strong computer skills including Excel and Word.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit major planning applications.
• Review working drawings for house types.
• Liaise with structural engineers and third-party consultants.

Skills

Previous experience in a Design and Technical Department

Ability to use AutoCAD

Computer / IT literate

5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including maths and English

Education
