A prominent housing provider in Somerset is seeking a Resident Scrutiny Coordinator for a 12-month contract. This role entails leading administrative functions and ensuring high governance standards. The successful candidate will support the development and delivery of key Scrutiny activities and will work to actively involve customers in their service delivery. Resident Scrutiny Coordinator Abri•Somerset, England, UK

The Resident Scrutiny Group gives our customers the chance to have their say and shape the way we work. The Resident Scrutiny Group regularly review the organisations performance making sure we stick to our commitments and recommend ways we can improve our services using our customers voices.

Are you passionate about making sure customers are involved in the way that their services are run? Do you enjoy working with a range of people and inspiring them to be a part of making a difference? Then we could be looking for you.

Were recruiting a Resident Scrutiny Coordinator to join our team for twelve months where youll lead on administrative activities within the team to ensure continuous high standards of governance throughout the Group. Youll support the Scrutiny Advisor Scrutiny Chair and Scrutiny Panel in the development and delivery of the Scrutiny annual action plan to ensure key milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

You will also support internal audit activity including recommendation tracking and support compliance with Abri policy and procedure framework e.g. coordinating our Policy Panel.

Youll act as a representative of theteam and an excellent communicator: confident clear and assertive when necessary.

The team is dynamic enthusiastic and work at a fast pace and have ambitions to be a sector leading Governance team. Were highly empowered to deliver high standards of governance within the formal governance arrangements and within the wider organisation.
