A reputable tour operator in London is seeking a Reservations & Operations Executive to oversee reservations and operations. Ideal candidates should have at least two years of experience in the travel industry and proven skills in preparing quotes and handling bookings. The role also involves working closely with global teams and communicating offers to clients. The position offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £29,000 plus bonuses with a hybrid work model.

  • Speaking a second European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Handle reservations and bookings from tour operators and travel agents.
  • Issue tickets and prepare travel documents.
  • Assist with importing pending orders into the invoicing system.
  • Calculate and prepare packages, tailor-made itineraries, and ad-hoc products.
  • Work closely with global teams.
  • Email offers to clients and provide booking suggestions.

A successful and well‑established tour operator is seeking a Reservations & Operations Executive to join their friendly and busy team in London. As a Reservations & Operations Executive you will be overseeing the operations of the FIT's and ensuring clients' expectations and requirements are more than met.

Job Description
  • Handling reservations and bookings from Tour Operators and Travel Agents
  • Issuing tickets & preparation of travel documents
  • Assist with importing pending orders into invoicing system
  • Calculation and preparation of packages / tailormade itineraries / ad-hoc products
  • Working closely with Global Teams
  • Emailing offers over to client and provide suggestions to their bookings
Skills Required
  • A minimum of two year's experience within the travel industry
  • Proven experience of preparing quotes
  • Good European destination knowledge
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • The ability to speak a second European language is highly desirable
Package
  • A competitive basic salary of £28,000 - £29,000 + bonus
  • Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
  • Hybrid working
