Location: Bristol / Hybrid (40% of time in Central Bristol office)

We are looking for a Researcher to join our insights team, helping us deliver credible, clear and high quality research, data and results to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is curious, detail-driven, and enjoys speaking to people as well as digging into data.

Role responsibilities

• Collecting, analysing, and presenting high-quality data to support client projects.
• Conducting engaging telephone interviews with target audiences to gather primary insights.
• Carrying out desk-based research across job boards, databases, social media, and other online platforms.
• Supporting market intelligence and insight reports, including skills research, competitor analysis, and candidate perception studies.
• Collaborating with colleagues and clients to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Attending client meetings (virtual and in-person) to build strong relationships and share insights.
• Bringing forward ideas to continuously improve research methods.

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

• Self-motivated, detail-orientated, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines.
• A confident communicator with great interpersonal and telephone skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel is desirable)
