Qualifications

  • Experience in project management or contract management within housing, construction, or repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Contract Manager in coordinating repairs-related works.
  • Maintain a focus on safety and escalate risks immediately.
  • Provide updates and financial monitoring to the Senior Contract Manager.
  • Undertake audits of contract-related information and report on KPIs.
  • Assist with correspondence and support tasks for the Property Team.

Skills

ICT skills, competent with Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid UK driving licence

Education

HNC / HND or equivalent in Building, Construction
