Job summary

A regional healthcare provider in Liverpool is seeking a qualified medical professional for their Renal Transplant Unit. The role entails participation in the Cadaveric and Living Donor Renal Transplant programmes, contributing to audit, clinical, and laboratory research. The successful candidate will also manage vascular access procedures and undertake outpatient clinics. Supporting professional development, the Trust offers mentorship and a commitment to ongoing CPD. Applicants must be on the GMC Specialist Register with a proposed CCT/CESR date within six months of interview.

Qualifications

• Applicants should be on the GMC Specialist Register via CCT, CESR or European Community Rights.
• Proposed CCT/CESR (CP) date must be within 6 months of interview.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Cadaveric and Living Donor Renal Transplant programme.
• Manage audit, clinical, and laboratory research as required.
• Contribute to vascular/peritoneal access and general surgery work.
