A leading estate agency is seeking a Business Development team member. This fully remote role involves guiding customers through the home-selling process and offers uncapped commissions and comprehensive training. As a goal-orientated member of the Business Development team, you\'ll be responsible for proactively contacting customers who wish to sell their home with Yopa; guiding customers through the sales process with Yopa and arranging free valuation appointments through the Yopa Hub Platform and provide advice on a range of additional services, including mortgage advice and legal support.
You will be working fully remote, with 4 days across the year at our Hinckley head office to engage and collaborate with your peers.
This is a fast paced and lucrative role with completely uncapped commissions available and will provide you with all the necessary tools required to succeed in this role, with full training provided, guaranteed commission during your first 2 months and further progression opportunities available.
Salary: £24k per annum with OTE of £34k and offering uncapped commission.
