Responsibilities

  • Facilitate weekly office hours and moderate required discussion boards.
  • Respond to questions about program content and assignments.
  • Conduct interactive webinars to stimulate student learning.
  • Provide feedback on assignments in the program.
  • Guide learner engagement during live sessions.
  • Assist with capstone assignment challenges.
  • Monitor learner progress and provide support.
  • Collaborate with the team to solve program challenges.
