Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an assessment facilitator for online processes. This fully home-based role involves evaluating candidates during online assessments, running interviews, role plays, and tests while maintaining fairness and accuracy in grading. Candidates should have experience in candidate assessment and excellent communication skills. The role is ad hoc, approximately 3 days per week for the initial 12 weeks, with potential extensions based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience assessing candidate behaviours and strengths.
• Confident in leading live and recorded sessions.
• Strong judgement and ability to work objectively.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Run online assessments including interviews, role plays and tests.
• Apply grading criteria accurately and fairly.
• Support candidates and colleagues throughout the process.
• Keep to schedules and record scores promptly.
