Qualifications

• Experience in due diligence, transaction services, or hands-on commercial finance.
• Supported DD projects for SMEs or PE-backed businesses.
• Strong in data analysis and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver due diligence financial analysis across revenue, costs, and metrics.
• Build structured DD reports and analysis packs from FD briefs.
• Support ad-hoc commercial and financial investigations.
