Qualifications

• 5 – 7 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in an international environment is desirable.
• Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency with IFRS.
• Hands-on mentality and ability to dive into operational details.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of four General Accountants.
• Oversee financial operations across 12 countries.
• Manage month-end and year-end closings.
• Act as the main contact for external audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
