• Solid MS Word, Excel, spelling, grammar, and typing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated experience achieving a high level of productivity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Manage offline and custom workflows for service delivery.
• Liaise with law firms for seamless service delivery.
• Monitor data and reports through the Envoy Global portal.
• Respond to case status inquiries from managers and employees.
