Qualifications

• 2+ years’ ER specialist experience in a fast-paced sector.
• Confidence influencing and advising managers at all levels.
• Experience supporting Employment Tribunal preparation or early conciliation.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line and escalated ER advice to managers.
• Manage ER cases end-to-end, including disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Support Employment Tribunal processes and prepare related documentation.

Skills

Proven experience in an ER or HR role handling complex casework

Strong working knowledge of UK employment law

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational skills

Education

CIPD qualification or currently studying
