Job summary

A specialist water consultancy is seeking an experienced Remedial Plumber to cover commercial sites in the South-East of the UK. The successful candidate will handle remedial work on plumbing systems and ensure water hygiene tasks are performed. Extensive training and a full benefits package will be provided. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience and hold an NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing.

Remedial Plumber (Water Consultancy) - Covering the South-East

£32000-£35000 + Van + Full Benefits

Covering the UK, our client are a specialist water consultancy working on both large commercial and residential sites that allow them to be one of the market leaders in the field.

Due to growth, they are now looking for an experienced Remedial Plumber to help cover commercial sites in the South-East. All staff receive regional work enabling a healthy work/life balance and will also have unlimited overtime (Optional). Full training will be offered.

Focussed on all staff development, the successful Remedial Plumber will have the following experience:

• 2 years'+ experience working as a commercial plumber
• Hold a NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing as a minimum
• Hold a full driving license and ability to cover the South-East.
• Happy to be involved in overtime where possible
• Experience in the water hygiene duties including monitoring, disinfections and sampling desirable

The Remedial Plumber will be responsible for a range of duties to include:

• Undertaking remedial work on commercial sites including deadlegs removals, pipe refitting and dealing with commercial water systems.
• Maintaining on site paperwork in line with project programs using tablet/PDA's.
• Carrying out water hygiene tasks including disinfections for mains systems and tanks, TMV servicing and monitoring. Some additional testing may be required.
• Offering client direction for further work to be carried out.
