Corporate Title Associate

Global Network Management (GNM) Overview

GNM is part of Regulatory & Cross Product Operations. GNM handles the Agent Bank Selection Appointment and Due Diligence process on behalf of internal DB entities. All agent banks holding assets in custody and client money on behalf of Deutsche Bank or its clients must complete a Due Diligence to satisfy regulatory requirements from various sources (CASS BaFin CFTC). The general objective of the due diligence is to review the risks associated with the decision to entrust Deutsche Bank assets to an Agent Bank by assessing the Agent against the risk appetite of Deutsche Bank and where possible address or mitigate those risks.

GNM are responsible for several regulatory obligations relating to the specific jurisdictions of the DB internal entities. Many of the global regulations are focused on Client Asset Protection. GNMs adherence to the processes and controls we perform on behalf of each internal entity and business are critical to their overall regulatory compliance.
