Job summary

Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nursing Associate to join the East Durham Treatment and Intervention Team. The applicant must have already completed the Nursing Associate foundation degree and be a registered Nurse Associate on the NMC register. The successful applicant will work as part of the busy community team offering a recovery focused pathway to Service Users and will carry their own caseload as Lead Professional.

Responsibilities
  • Carry own caseload as Lead Professional with supervision and support from the wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Work as part of the busy integrated community mental health team offering a recovery focused intervention to service users.
  • Engage in multi‑agency working and liaison with other services within Tees, Esk and Wear Valley NHS Trust.
  • Travel independently across the locality and use a suitable vehicle for business purposes.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities provided by TEWV NHS Trust.
Qualifications
  • Completed Nursing Associate Foundation Degree.
  • Registered Nurse Associate on the NMC register.
  • Ability to travel independently and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes.
  • Experience in community mental health settings preferred.
