Libertatem Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to support a young man in his 20s with complex healthcare needs during night shifts at his home in Rocklands, near Norwich. The role involves delivering complex, person-centred clinical care including personal care, enteral feeding, BiPAP support, medication administration, and physiotherapy assistance. The Registered Nurse will also be responsible for coaching, guiding, and upskilling the support workers on the care package.
As a Libertatem Registered Nurse, you will deliver complex, person-centred clinical care including personal care (bowel, urinary, and hygiene routines), enteral feeding via jejunal tube, night-time BiPAP support, medication administration, suctioning and manual handling, and physiotherapy assistance. A key part of your role will be to coach, guide, and upskill the support workers on the care package, fostering a learning environment and ensuring consistent, safe, and high-quality care delivery overnight.

Our client is a young man in his 20s with complex healthcare needs. The role is to support him during night shifts at home in Rocklands, near Norwich, in a positive, person-centred care environment.
Our client is vibrant, witty, and full of personality. He enjoys Peppa Pig and baking, world politics, quiz shows, and Chelsea FC.
Your Responsibilities
As a Libertatem Registered Nurse, you will deliver complex, person-centred clinical care including:
Personal care (bowel, urinary, and hygiene routines)
Enteral feeding via jejunal tube
Night-time BiPAP support
Medication administration
Suctioning and manual handling
Physiotherapy assistance
A key part of your role will be to coach, guide, and upskill the support workers on the care package. You’ll foster a learning environment, helping care staff grow in confidence and competence, ensuring consistent, safe, and high-quality care delivery overnight.
We’re looking for a Registered Nurse who is not only clinically competent, but also confident in mentoring others and working collaboratively within a home care setting.
You will need:
Valid NMC registration
Experience in complex care setting (ideally working with young adults or children)
Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and team leadership skills
A dependable, proactive, and kind-natured personality
A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for travel)
