Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the service.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all relevant legislation.
  • Deliver training and support to staff, including new inductees.
  • Maintain staffing levels and resource planning.
  • Liaise with families, medical professionals, and external stakeholders.
  • Support referrals, assessments, and ongoing medical needs of service users.
  • Promote a safe, empowering, and inclusive environment.

Qualifications & Experience
  • A current NMC Pin (RN / RMN / RNLD)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum)
