Are you looking for a challenge to gain knowledge and experience of the core areas of complex discharges on a Community Delayed Discharge Ward?

Here on Ward 5 at Florence Nightingale Community Hospital we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Band 5 Registered Nurse to cover a 9 month secondment, who will deliver a high-quality patient care and thrive on the opportunities this post offers.
