As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, you will build on your skill set in a nurse-led environment, developing decision-making and teamwork. You will make a difference to Residents at vulnerable times and guide them in life-changing decisions. You will be a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months’ experience in Health or Social Care, hold a valid PIN, and demonstrate commitment to professional standards. You will mentor colleagues and support students as a practice supervisor and assessor. You will communicate effectively and role model professional behaviours. You will advocate a person-centred approach to care for residents and their families. Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility; you will recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and know how to respond. All colleagues attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and may undertake additional training.
