A leading healthcare provider in Abergavenny is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse. This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) involves delivering personalized patient care, assessing and planning nursing interventions while ensuring adherence to NMC guidelines. The ideal candidate will have recent RMN experience, be committed to professional development, and work effectively within a compassionate team to support patient recovery plans.
We also have an additional facility within the grounds of the hospital, offering opportunities for individuals who require bespoke packages of care, as part of our bespoke therapeutic placement (BTP) offering. You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patientswellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.
