Registered Manager – Children’s Residential (Learning Disabilities) – 4‑Bed Home | Established & Growing Provider

Salary: £45,000‑£49,000 + £10,000 Annual Bonus
Location: Kettering

The Role

• Lead and inspire a committed staff team to deliver high‑quality, child‑centred care
• Ensure ongoing compliance with Ofsted and all relevant regulations
• Maintain and develop a safe, nurturing environment tailored to children with learning disabilities
• Drive continuous improvement, positive outcomes and a strong safeguarding culture
• Oversee budgets, staffing, rota management and operational planning
• Work closely with a supportive senior leadership team during an exciting period of organisational growth

About You

• Has experience as a Registered Manager OR is a strong Deputy ready to step up
• Has a background supporting children with learning disabilities, autism or complex needs
• Understands Ofsted, safeguarding and regulatory expectations
• Is resilient, organised and confident in leading teams
• Holds or is working towards the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
• Is passionate about delivering exceptional care and developing high‑performing teams
