• Proven management experience in residential services for young people.
• Excellent knowledge of Childrens Homes National Minimum Standards.
• Willingness to undertake management qualification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with children's care regulations.
• Support and develop staff to meet the needs of young people.

Skills

Management experience within young peoples residential services

Ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations

Education

RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5
