We're working with an innovative UK provider of children's residential care and education, and we're looking for a Registered Manager to lead one of our warm, supportive homes in Melksham, Wiltshire.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead a caring, positive home environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and deliver high-quality care.
  • Inspire and support a motivated staff team.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and the home environment.
  • Champion safeguarding and work with external professionals.
  • Drive continuous improvement and uphold the Statement of Purpose.
