The Registered Manager Role Overview:

Cureyoursearch are proud to be representing a fabulous care provider to recruit an experienced and proven Registered Manager to oversee a small residential care service for adults with learning disabilities in the Bradford area.

The Registered Manager candidate will be passionate about person centred care and supporting individuals with learning disabilities. You will lead a team, and manage the day to day running of a high quality, homely and modern residential care home.

This is a fantastic residential home with high standards and Good CQC ratings.

The Registered Manager Candidate:

• Experienced Manager in Learning Disability and Residential care is essential
• Excellent CQC knowledge
• NVQ Level 5 ideally
• Must be passionate about person centred care
• Excellent communication skills

The Registered Manager Package:

• Salary £32,000 - £40,000 plus bonus
• Development opportunities

The Registered Manager Interview Process:

1. Stage one - Informal with Regional Manager
2. Stage two - Face to face interview on-site
