Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years in a managerial role within a Children's Residential setting.
  • At least 2 years of experience with young people in Residential Care.
  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in Children's homes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the setup of a new Children's Home.
  • Complete Ofsted inspections and interviews.
  • Supervise and manage care staff.

Experience with young people in Residential Care
Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in Children's homes
