A leading global manufacturer in the UK is looking for a Regional Supply Chain Director to develop mid to long term strategies across multiple sites. This role encompasses strategic, functional, and operational responsibilities with a strong focus on customer service and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management within manufacturing, a degree in a relevant field, and exceptional leadership skills. As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a Regional Supply Chain Director to develop and deliver mid to long term supply chain strategies across several manufacturing and distribution facilities across Europe. This role provides a great balance of strategic, functional, procedural and operational responsibilities including hands‑on delivery of S&OP process.
Collaborating with sector sales teams, you will be responsible for ensuring strategies focus on best in class customer service and satisfaction. Aligning with and supporting Croda’s vision and ethos with specific attention to sustainability across all activities.
