This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager EMEA – New Business Sales in UK.

In this role, you will drive new business growth across the EMEA region by strengthening high-impact commercial partnerships and accelerating pipeline creation. You will focus on developing strategic relationships with security-focused sales teams, enabling joint go-to-market initiatives, and expanding revenue opportunities. You will collaborate closely with technical specialists, marketing teams, and sales leadership to design and execute impactful programs. This position requires a strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to influence stakeholders across complex organizations. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where autonomy, ownership, and results are key.

Accountabilities
  • Build and develop strong relationships with security-focused field sales teams to expand joint revenue opportunities and acquire new clients.
  • Simplify and communicate co-sell value propositions, ensuring alignment and collaboration across distributed sales teams.
  • Work alongside technical specialists and digital sellers to build, nurture, and close joint pipeline opportunities.
  • Leverage existing networks to create and execute new go-to-market initiatives and partnership programs.
  • Define measurable business plans, lead quarterly business reviews, and ensure consistent execution toward pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Partner with sales leadership to implement joint selling strategies and demand-generation activities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to utilize content, events, and campaigns supporting partner-driven growth.
  • Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity and the structure, priorities, and sales motions of major security-focused sales organizations.
  • Recent experience working as a seller or partner manager within a security ecosystem, with proven success in co-selling environments.
  • 5+ years of enterprise cybersecurity sales experience, specifically in managed services (not only SaaS).
  • Experience enabling and supporting channel partner sales teams with clear value messaging and pipeline-driving initiatives.
  • Familiarity with MDR platforms, SIEM, threat intelligence, third-party risk solutions, and related technologies.
  • Experience working with cloud security solutions and cybersecurity product suites is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and experience collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Strong organizational abilities, time management skills, and a demonstrated track record in new business generation and partner-driven growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, strong analytical mindset, and a hunter mentality focused on pipeline creation.
