Regional Sales Manager - Automotive & Electronics Division | UK & Northern Europe

Have you sold conformal coatings or other technical products into the Electronics or Automotive OEMs? An international manufacturer of industrial coatings & sealants - trusted in Defence, Aviation, Utilities, Electronics and Automotive - is growing its European team. The Role

We\'re looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth in the Automotive and Electronics sectors.

You\'ll be responsible for

• Manage a sales territory to include UK, Nordics, Benelux and the Baltics
• Sell specialist conformal coatings to end-user clients in the Electronics & Automotive sector
• Support and develop relationships with distributors
• Cover the UK, Nordics, Baltics & Benelux (home-based in the UK, 3 days a week on the road)
• Report directly to the European Sales Manager
• You\'ll be supported by an international marketing team, industry-leading brands, and a strong presence at global exhibitions & conferences.

What We\'re Looking For

• Proven Field sales experience in technical products into the Electronics and/or Automotive sector
• Strong relationship-builder with a commercial mindset
• Experience of selling to end user clients
• Experience of selling conformal coatings or similar technical products
• Experienced in use of CRM Tools such as Salesforce
• Flexibility to work away from home 3 days a week
