A national recruitment agency is seeking a Business Development Manager for Driving & Industrial Recruitment. This role offers a basic salary up to £50,000, negotiable based on experience, along with uncapped bonuses and excellent career progression. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in Recruitment Agency experience, be self-motivated, and have a proven track record of exceeding targets.
